Heather Passant, is an inspirational author and qualified Master Integrative Coach Professional. She is an advocate for inspiration and passionate about teaching shadow work to women who would like to access a deeper commitment to self-love, courage and their life purpose, making a significant difference and contribution to the world.
She lives in the picturesque village of Yackandandah, north-east Victoria, Australia with her daughter Elina running a personal coaching and inspiration consulting business.
Heather has spent the last 25 years in the field of Massage and Energy Medicine, looking after people’s bodies. After having her daughter, she decided to study life coaching, this time focusing on the Mind and Spirit. During this transition Heather went through, what she calls a “spiritual crisis of meaning” after experiencing a miscarriage and then witnessing her friend die in a helicopter crash next to her house 2 days later, she unknowingly slid into a place of depression.
Constant feelings of anger, frustration, a deep sadness and hopelessness, that she did not know how to process until she found international teacher, Debbie Ford, who she was lucky enough to study with at The Ford Institute for Transformational Training for six years, before Debbie passed away in 2013. Beginning the shadow journey was the missing piece of the puzzle and Heather committed to do whatever it took to heal her heart at the deepest level.
Through this amazing coaching work she realized the gift of those traumatic events was so she could take others to those places of powerlessness and then know the extraordinary possibility when you come out the other side, experiencing more love, joy and harmony. Heather now likes to pay it forward and mentors and assesses new students and coaches learning emotional education through The Ford Institute.
“I believe freedom comes from living courageously with a kind and open heart and being UNRECOGNIZABLE to yourself each, every day and my life purpose is to inspire a courage movement around the world”.
Heather and her daughter Elina, have been a co-authors in The Inspiration Bible along with 363 others, in a book that aims to be the much-needed beacon of love and wisdom to bring people through their darkest moments and raise them up to live the life they dream. They were also contributors to the Your Awesome Life series Volumes 1, 2 and 3, where you learn how to celebrate everything and gain a greater sense of possibility of how much more powerful you will become.
