I have made an intention to write and share the tips and bits of wisdom that have helped my journey along the way. Today I decided to let my hands open up to a random page on the book “The Search For Inspiration” by Emily Gowor. My interpretation and wisdom taken from “6 Factors That Hinder A Fulfilling Existence”.
Every human will struggle with pain at some point throughout their life time, in business, the workplace, in relationships and we humans are really masterful at avoiding the pain or uncomfortable feelings. It comes down to our choices, we can sit in the discomfort and make a choice that will propel us forward to where we want to go or avoid the pain and uncomfortable feelings which will continue to run your every movement. You can’t heal what you can’t feel!
Having an inspired vision, or something greater to focus on that will pull you forward and help you will make the choices that will inspire and benefit you, rather than sabotage you. This is something that has helped me immensely through my toughest times.
As Emily suggested “there is a fine line between living in a fantasy world versus having a vision that you are so persistent in creating that you will do anything it takes to manifest it. The key is to know the difference between the two”.
Acknowledging the pain is the first step, it has a message of wisdom to share with you if you are willing to listen and embrace it. I would love to know – what is the pain that you are trying to avoid or get rid of?
